I've searched all the map of Jawaii, and found this guy, I think this is the Beer hat quest. You need to go to Jawaii (@go 17), and walk towards the beash, there will be a warp portal near the northern side leading to a bar, to the far left of the bar is this Bartender NPC who will talk about his old traveling times.
You will need:
100 Broken Liquor Jars
10 Alcohol
1 Tropical Sograt
1 Vermillion on the Beach
1 Luxury Whiskey Bottle
Broken Liquor Jar: Dropped by Tengu at a 100% drop, they can be found on the third level of Amatsu dungeon.
Alcohol: Are rare, but found mostly from Black and Red Mushrooms.
Tropical Sograt and Verm. on the Beach: can be purchased from the bar in Morroc (@go 1). Walk to the top left side of the map, and search for a building with the letters "BAR" across the doorway. Walk in, and talk the NPC about getting a drink, once you pay for it, it'll be in your inventory.
Luxury Whiskey Bottle: The item does not currently drop from mobs, and I'm not actually sure how to get it just yet.
