A. Training up your Novice
Well, those may not (and properly not) the best leveling ways and spots... Just some suggestions =p
Stage 1 :
Novice (Base Lv 1 to 12 ~ 14, Job Lv 1 to 10) :
General Skill point Distribution (9) : 9 / 9 points into "Basic Skill"
General Stats point Distribution: Put all Stats Points into Dex
Base Level 1 ~ 10
Training Ground
******************
Training Ground
******************
<Training ground>
The training ground is a map where all new characters starts in.
Feed on the monsters after you have equipped your stock equipments!
Bronzering : starting from Base Lv 1
<Looter>
(Lv1 / HP 30) Water 1 / Plant / Medium (Base Exp 300 / Job Exp 150)
Silvering : starting from Base Lv 6
(Lv1 / HP 120) Water 1 / Plant / Medium (Base Exp 450 / Job Exp 300)
Goldring : from Base Lv 7
(Lv1 / HP 150) Water 1 / Plant / Medium (Base Exp 600 / Job Exp 450)
Suggested Combat Techniques:
HP per exp wise, Bronzering would be the most efficient… But since you will reach Lv 1x / 10 in no time, fight whatever you like!
Head Back to town at Job Lv10 for your Job Change~
You have to use up all of your Skill points before you can undergo a job change, and... you only have "Basic Skill" for now. (Just put all 9 points into Basic Skill)
CAUTION : DO NOT click on the wrong Job Option, there is no way to revert it other than deleting and remaking your character
<><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><>
B. From Archer to Hunter
Now that you are an archer~!
Acquiring Your Weapon :
You will be given an option to choose a bow out of 2 as a job change “prize”. It is entirely up to you but… the second option is always better since the majority of the population will not be carding that weapon, thus go for the weapon damage instead.
Alternatively, you can use Warper, select "Item Mall", and warp to the market place.
From there, you can buy some better bows from “Weapon Sheep 3”, obviously at a higher price, and also do get some arrows (fire and silver) from the Ammo Shop NPC.
Some may ask : How do you equip arrows?
Simply click the "Equip" button in your Character Basic Info window (Or Alt + Q)
Drag the arrows from your Inventory (Alt + E) under 'Etc'(Bottom most Tab) into the centre of the Equip Window.
Using Your Hot Key Bar (F12) :
Press F12 once if you haven't already. You can see a Bar (with 9 slots) appearing, Simply open up your Skill List (Alt + S), and drag an Active / Support skill into it for quick access to the skill.
Once you get an active skill later on (E.g Double Strafe), you can do so by clicking and dragging the skill Icon into your key of choice in the Short Cut (Hot Key) Bar.
You can set the Hot Keys from Options > BM / Shortcut Settings.
To use the skill, simply press the respective button on the keyboard : Lets say I have Double Strafe [Lv 1] in the 'F1' Position, I just have to Press 'F1' on the keyboard to use the skill
Now you are good to go~!

Wood Goblin : starting from Base Lv 50
(Lv42 / HP 6982) Earth 3 / Plant / Medium (Base Exp 330150 / Job Exp 232800)
Suggested Combat Techniques:
Focus on Les, which gives decent Exp, as well as Sharp Leaf which you will find extremely useful for leveling later on.
Poporing: Poke them for fun, but not if you want exp
Mantis: The only aggressive monster around, which can be pretty irritating since they appear quite frequently which not giving much exp. Up to your decision if you want to fight or run from them.
Les: Focus on them. Can be quite dangerous when up close since they have <Assist>, as well as Lv 2 Poison Attack and Lv 3 Bleeding. Poison can be dispelled by using green herb, while you can do nothing about bleeding except by dying or waiting for it to wear off.
Wood Goblin: Gives more exp than Les, but quite a bit tougher to kill. Not suggested, but feel free to engage if you want to. Will cast Lv 9 Heal on ally (<50% HP) or Self (<40% HP), which heals 760 HP.
Return to town at Job Lv50

Black Mushroom
<Immobile>
(Lv1 / HP 15) Earth 1 / Plant / Small (Base Exp -- / Job Exp --)
Suggested Combat Techniques:
Move with caution: Do not rush, especially when you are alone... You wont want to run into a pack of skeleton archers and end up warping back to town without having to use @go
Archer Skeleton: DS them from far, do not let them come within 9-cell of you.
Skeleton Solider: DS them form far too, they have a relative fast movement speed and will be beside you in a blink
Drainilar: Fairly easy to kill. Normal attack from far shouldn't cause you much of a problem
Eggyra: The only moving non-aggressive monster there. Its always good kill one when you ran out of HP / SP and is close to Leveling.

If another Geographer is near your current target, use normal attack on the target until it have around 55% HP, then start spamming DS on your target, or alternatively, change target to the Geographer if your primary target isn't one already. <Aggressive> <Cast Sensor> <Detector>
(Lv72 / HP 27800) Wind 4 / Brute / Large (Base Exp 884400 / Job Exp 880000)
Suggested Combat Techniques / Analysis:
Muscipular & Geographer have an attack range of 3 cells, while Drosera can reach up to 7 cells
Do not get too close to Droseras, as they have quite a nasty attack (400+ Dmg)
Muscipular & Geographer generally give better Exp compared to Drosera
Fly Wing away when : Under attack By Plants
Detected by Galion
Detected by Gryphon (800 ~ 1100 Dmg pet hit, Movement Speed : Very Fast)
Watch out for Droseras hiding behind trees and bushes~
Note: Muscipular & Geographer can cast Lv9 Heal, healing 760HP and 1040HP respectively, and activates when an ally (not self) within ~7 cells is having their HP < 55% (Obviously, the ally isn't you >.>)
If a Muscipular / Geographer is near your current target, use normal attack on the target until it have around 55% HP, then start spamming DS on your target, or alternatively, change target onto the Muscipular / Geographer if your primary target isn't one already. OR you can try to out-shoot the heals w/ conc. potion (That's if you need to save SP)

Suggested Combat Techniques:
Horong: With its 99 physical defense, you'll merely scratch it when not dealing a critical hit. Go ahead only if you're bored
Mi Gao: This is what you came for! And being the only non-aggressive monster in the place, you can clear all the other near-by monsters before killing it
Grizzly: With its Lv1 Endure, Lv3 Stun Attack & Lv10 Spear Stab, it have to be take out from a safe distance. (The Endure Skill gives it instant hit-recovery, meaning that it won't even flinch when hit)
Shining Plant: Kill to get some free herbs & honey, and an occasional yggdrasil berry
*Mi Gao & Le Me Mang Ryang is Earth 3, while Grizzly is Fire 3. To have the most efficient damage output, place Fire Arrows & Crystal Arrows in short cut bar.
*Before fighting Mi Gao / Le Me Mang Ryang, switch to Fire Arrows
*Crystal Arrows for Grizzly (or Horong if you bother)
*If you don't want to take the trouble of switching ammo, stick to Crystal Arrows for all monsters
*OR use Fire Arrows all the way, while avoiding Grizzly & Horong

Niflheim 1: Mainly for Claymore trap users. Stable income form Disguise. Lower Exp, lower risk
Byalan Cave: For relatively new players, slightly lower experience, but a whole lot safer...

<Aggressive> <Cast Sensor> <Change Chase> <Change Target>
(Lv75 / HP 38000) Undead 2 / Demi-Human / Large (Base Exp 4200000 / Job Exp 3300000)
Suggested Combat Techniques:
Anubis can be hard to kill with low ASPD / without a tank / without proper equipments and stats distribution. You can either choose to fly-wing & attack Pasanas for exp and loots, or DS Anubis from far an hope that it will die before something bad happens to you.
Mimic: Has high Hit, Attack & Lv 2 Auto Guard, so do not let it get close to you. Definitely not worth the time, effort and SP to kill, but do go ahead if you have excess SP, or is preying on some other monsters in the area.
Minorous: Not really worth the effort to DS it with its relatively low exp and bad loots. Able to cast Lv 3 Hammer Fall & Lv 3 Heaven’s Drive. While Heaven’s Drive is relatively harmless, Hammer Fall can really be a pain to deal with, especially when you are in the mist of fighting an Anubis. Be sure to get rid of them from the area before fighting Anubis(s).
Pasana: Having relative high hit, try to kill it from range. Having good loots as well as exp, do mark them as your main targets if Anubis is still too hard for you.
Anubis: Advised to kill using DS spam unless you have enough ASPD to hit lock it. It has a wide range of spells to its disposal, in which Lv 10 Sonic Blow is the one that poses the biggest threat. Lv 3 Undead Elemental Attack would be the 2nd most deadly skill, which can be completely negated with Shadow / Undead Armor just like its Lv 9 Soul Strike of Darkness. Extremely deadly, so please proceed with extreme caution.
Conclusion:
Do not rush, try to engage anything from the edge of your screen.
Clear the area of all other mobs before fighting an Anubis.
Pasana is a good source of income while having good exp.
Mimic is a waste of time!
Head back to town when:
- You had enough of Anubis
- You had enough of Anubis
- Or you had enough of Anubis

Fight them 1 by 1, DO NOT engage multiple targets unless you have relatively high flee (approx. 250 & above)
Do not let Loli Ruri, Dullahan & Bloody Murderer come into melee range because :
-> Loli Ruri have a High Hit Rate + High Attack Damage, Also Casts Lex Divina [Lv 10] (Silence) at 5% chance
-> Dullahan have the skill Defense disregard attack [Lv 1] (10% Chance on attacking / Never Misses / 800~900 dmg)
-> Bloody Murderer have a 5% Chance of using Sonic Blow [Lv 5], Dealing a total of 3000 ~ 3800 dmg
Lude & Hylozoist can cast Lex Aeterna [Lv 1] & Decrease Agility [Lv 1] respectively

Suggested Combat Techniques:
For Claymore Trap Users:
Hit-Lock is always the biggest problem a Claymore trap user will face when luring a group of mobs... Not really solutions, but those may help a bit:
1.) Eddga Card (Footware) --- Enable effect of the Endure skill so long as the Footgear to which this card is compounded is equipped, Maximum HP - 25%
2.) Moonlight Flower Card (Footware) --- Movement speed + 25%
3.) Anodyne (Usable Item) --- Enable effect of Lv1 Endure (Cancels after 10 seconds or 7 Hits form enemy, which ever comes 1st)
4.) Fly Wing (Usable Item) --- Teleports User to a Random Location within the map (Lv1 Teleport)
For DS Users:
Not really a great place for DS users, but its always good to farm a few zenies from Disguise here
Fire Arrows Deals exceptional damage Vs. Earth & Undead Property enemies. So its always better to use Fire Arrows in Niflheim I.
Not much advices... Just don't get yourself too large of a mob =p
Leave when:
- You are Lv 99/50
- You have farmed enough zenies

Suggested Combat Techniques:
DS monsters from far & take them out one by one, do not lure excessive amount of monsters if you cannot handle them with ease.
Deviace~! Kill them whenever you can since they are slow-moving, non-ranged & gives a good amount experience
Penomena should be disposed of from far for having a high Hit-rate & relatively high damage
Mermen & Stroufs should not be allowed to get near you because Mermen have Lv5 Pierce (5%) while Stroufs can cast Lv9 Frost Diver (10%) / Lv 3 Lightning Bolt (5%) / Water Ball Lv3 (5%)
Swordfishes shouldn't be much of a problem with their low HP. Just watch out for Lv3 Water Ball (5%)
When You get hit by Water Ballz, Fly Wing!
Leave when :
- You have reached Lv99/50
- Decide that this is too hard
- Running out of air
- Dead... You're not waiting for a ress are you?

Suggested Combat Techniques:
Claymore Trap Users:
Hit-Lock isn't really an issue here since Vanberks & Isillas have a slow movement speed.
Watch out for Thunder Storm Lv5 (Isilla, 5%, Uninterruptible) & Sonic Blow Lv 5 (Vanberk, 5%)
DS Users:
Avoid luring a large group of monsters, its always best to take them out from a distance.
Do not attempt to stop Isillas form casting Thunder Storm by just hitting it because it is uninterruptible. Either move out of the area, or kill it before it zaps you.
Do not take your time when killing Beholders, Spirit Destruction Lv3 literally drains all of your SP, while Dispell Lv5 will remove all your Buffs (Including Improve Concentration)
Leave when:
- You are Lv99/50
- Ready to swing at anyone with blue / red hair that you come across

A. Training up your Novice
Well, those may not (and properly not) the best leveling ways and spots... Just some suggestions =p
Stage 1 :
Novice (Base Lv 1 to 12 ~ 14, Job Lv 1 to 10) :
General Skill point Distribution (9) : 9 / 9 points into "Basic Skill"
General Stats point Distribution: Put all Stats Points into Dex
Base Level 1 ~ 10
Training Ground
******************
Training Ground
******************
<Training ground>
The training ground is a map where all new characters starts in.
Feed on the monsters after you have equipped your stock equipments!
Bronzering : starting from Base Lv 1
<Looter>

Note: Geographer can cast Lv9 Heal, healing 1040HP, and activates when an ally (not self) within ~7 cells is having their HP < 55% (Obviously, the ally isn't you >.>)
If another Geographer is near your current target, use normal attack on the target until it have around 55% HP, then start spamming DS on your target, or alternatively, change target to the Geographer if your primary target isn't one already. OR you can try to out-shoot the heals w/ conc. potion (That's if you need to save SP)
