The Kwati hat, located in Brasilis (@go 27). When you warp, take a left, and head north. The Kwati Tamer NPC will give you a short list of items.

Animal skins are a common drop, you can find them on smokies, tarou, and wolves. I went to the first level of the coal mines and hunted Tarou.

Tiger's Footskin is an MvP drop and loot from Eddga, at a 50% (MvP) and 15% drop.
