Location: Warpra to Sphinx then head all the way to Sphinx lvl 3 (Marduk Area)
Coordinates: (205,52) He is exactly at the entrance to your left
Ingredients:
1 Dead Medusa only achievable *I presume* through OBBs and OPBs
5 Eye of Hellion a hardy quest that i think once you get the Eye of Hellions you should NOT complete the quest of the eye of hellion, as completing the quest will consume your eyes. I am not entirely sure myself so dont believe me on that one but once you get the eyes just just turn them in for the eyes of darkness instead. ALTERNATIVELY you can get Eye of Hellions from the Zombie Survival Instance by going to Warpra> Instances>Instance HQ> and then find the Zombie Survival NPC to enter. To find the Mob that drops the Eyes go to the very end of of the instance, passing through or slaying all the zombies and then breaking the blue Crystal of Power in
the middle. He will then spawn and you can now kill him for your Hellion Eyes

100 Squid Ink dropped by Marse in Byalan Dungeon lvl 3
100 Slick Paper dropped by The Paper or Karakasa
